    For those who have selected, been upgraded (or upsold!) to a suite, access to the Neptune Lounge is one of the "perks" that is available. The photo at left pictures one of the features most enjoyed: the coffee machine, which allows the user to get various coffee drinks during any of the hours that the lounge is open.

    The concierges take care of the tasks usually handled at the Front Desk and offer guests assigned to them as much assistance as possible.
