Medical Evacuation: Cabo San Lucas, Mexico

The ship evacuated an injured passenger (broken leg) to medical care in Cabo San Lucas en route to our first port of Puerto Vallarta. We were told that the passenger's pain level was such that he didn't want to wait for the port stop so the ship used a tender to off-load the passenger's party and luggage.

We were told later that the gentleman was doing well after treatment but felt unable to rejoin the cruise at a later port.

Photos are random shots taken of the shoreline near Cabo San Lucas as the ship prepared to tender the passenger ashore except for the final two photos which show the tender on its way to the Cabo San Lucas harbor and the tender being returned to its place on the ship prior to our continuing our journey.
